Supervision over the construction of the structure is carried out by an authorized Civil Engineer with the aim of carrying out the structure in accordance with the Building Permit, according to the project documentation, laws and regulations, and the rules of the construction profession.

The engagement of the Supervisory authority seeks to avoid unwanted consequences in terms of failure, mistakes and poor quality construction, thus protecting the Investor from unnecessary costs and problems, which ultimately ensures a quality investment result with rational investments.
