The main project is a set of coordinated projects which provide a technical solution of the building and demonstrate the fulfillment of the essential requirements for building. Main project must be made in accordance with a preliminary design.

The main project, depending on the type of building or works, consist of:
- Architectural design,
- Structural design,
- Project of electrical installations,
- Design of mechanical installations,
- Project of water supply and sewage,
- Project of fire protection,
- Project work safety,
- Survey and calculations designed works.
