ESTIMATED BILL OF QUANTITIES

An integral part of the main architectural and construction project is priced bill of quantities.

Bill of quantities is a description of the works and the amount necessary for construction of the facility. In the Bill of Quantities are calculated quantities of individual works and expressed in measures of length, square or cubic meters, or in pieces. For each item must be given clear, precise and brief description of the work and materials, from which it can accurately define the whole process of work covered by this position and to determine the quality, type and dimensions of the material on this item should be built. Nothing can be forgotten , because the omissions and ambiguous and vague descriptions later, during the performance, lead to disagreements and disputes between contractors and investors, and often to unpleasant consequences for the designer.

By entering prices for individual items of work in the survey we will get the estiamted cost .
