CONCEPT DESIGN

Conceptual design is a collection of harmonized plans and documents which provide basic design , functional and technical solutions (preliminary technical solution) and accommodation buildings on the parcel, on special geodetic surveying.

Based on the preliminary design Decision on construction conditions is issued (for buildings under 400 m2) or a location permit (for buildings over 400 m2).

The design project is a project to determine: location, capacity, technical, technological and functional characteristics of a building, organizational elements of construction of the building, elements of maintenance of the facility and the value of the facility as well as the justification for the construction of the building.
